ABOUT INDIANAPOLIS
As the capital of Indiana, Indianapolis is a wonderful city to call home and conduct business. I grew up in Southfield (a suburb of Detroit until I was 15) and in Wheaton (a suburb of Chicago where I graduated from high school). I love the midwest. What I have found is that Indianapolis is easy to navigate and is a stable housing market. When Jack and I were considering where to move back to after living in Los Angeles for 13 years, we chose Indinapolis. Indianapolis is much warmer than Detroit and the taxes are much better than Chicago. Homeowners pay 1% on property taxes on their primary residence. Indianapolis just gets better and better. As it grows and changes, Indianapolis remains true to its original design, as well as to the spirit and foresight upon which it was founded. Active, exciting, eventful and progressive, Indianapolis retains the community and neighborhood friendliness that first attracted people to the bend in the White River where it started.
